Persistence has paid off for actress Jodie Foster, who finally closed the deal on her 6,000-square-foot Spanish-style villa in Hollywood Hills. Foster originally listed the property for $6.4M last June and had since then reduced the asking price to $6M and then again to $5.75M in March.
