Woodsy Eastham Bungalow Filled With Character Asks $275K

We're pretty sure this new listing, a woodsy retreat by way of Eastham, is the most character-filled 680-square-feet we've featured. Translation: you'll probably agree with the brokerbabble that the place has "great potential to expand, rebuild, or use as is." You know, whatever works.

Without reading the write-up, one could easily miss the upcycled, artsy bonanza going on in the listing photos. Here's the breakdown:

There is so much character and many eclectic touches in this classic cottage with its exposed beams, cathedral ceiling and loft, hand-built mixed media chimney featuring 1920 era wood stove for warmth. The original copper boiler which hung in the loft has been recycled into track-lighting, along with the track-lights on the oars in the screened-in porch with windows all around. Yup, the 1949 bungalow has a lot going on. In addition to the, umm, "eclectic touches," the place has skylights, knotty pine galore and an outdoor shower. Outside, the .82 acre corner lot features a storage shed and is "only .7 miles to the beach!" Asking price is $275,000.
