Dexter actor and historic home lover Michael C. Hall recently listed his 1920s Spanish-style home in Los Angeles, though not before completing a total surprisingly tasteful renovation. With the help of interior designer Kishani Perera, Hall introduced things like an orange mid-century bench and a sink on a vintage library cart (the push-rails become towel hangers). As Hall, who more than likely took an interview with Lonny to ameliorate his buyer prospects, tells Lonny, his "defining memory" of this home is "the way it feels," calling it "simultaneously open and cozy," and "private yet inviting." His favorite spot? Sitting at the head of the dining table and looking straight ahead, all the way out the living room window.
