Ikea is back in the news this week, not because of improvements to their furniture or more crazy ad campaigns, but for something that's perhaps the best publicity money can't buy: a 12-year-old Chinese boy who ran away from home after fighting with his mother about math homework was finally found last weekend in an Ikea store. Indeed, when police asked Peng Yijian's mom to list a few places where her son liked to visit, the Swedish furniture retailer was named. It's not confirmed whether Peng, who reportedly was living off free samples at nearby supermarkets, slept in Ikea's bedroom displays during his six-day escapade, but that would have been awfully convenient, wouldn't it?
