Susan Hilfiger, ex-wife of fashion magnate Tommy Hilfiger, has again chopped the ask of her Nantucket estate. To refresh, the "iconic American summer home" (of course) on Cobblestone Hill has gorgeous views over the Harbor, Jetties and Nantucket Sound. Naturally, the Brant Point spread has been named "Point of View." In addition, the Lincoln Circle area 10BR, 8BA features rather, umm, distinctive decor, the sort that inspires both lawsuits, Curbed commenters and even more Curbed commenters. The 6,797-square-footer hit the market in July 2013 for a whopping $26,995,0000, making it the island's second priciest listing. This year, an April visit from the PriceChopper brought the ask down a couple of million to a still hefty $24,900,000. As of this week, a second slice has left Hilfiger hoping for "just" $21,900,000.
