Meet Lower Manhattan's Oddest, Wood-Covered Studio for Sale

The strangest studio for sale in New York right now may be this two-room, 400-square-foot walk-up belonging to Stuart Ross, a sculptor, photographer, documentary subject, and self-professed dumpster diver. And yes, there's also a swing. Ross, who had previously admitted that the place has no stove and gets no direct sun is seeking an ambitious $1.3M.
