Just over a month after dropping $9M on a mansion in upstate New York, Die Hard actor Bruce Willis is unloading the three-bedroom Manhattan apartment he purchased for $8.685M last year. The Upper West Side pad, which Willis has just listed for $13M, is pretty swank: in addition to 50 feet of Central Park views, it also features a 38-foot-long formal entry gallery and a massive terrazzo floored kitchen. According to the New York Daily News, the only reason Willis and his wife are leaving is because they now want something bigger. In any case, may he have better luck selling this one than his massively PriceChopped Beverly Hills estate or his Idaho mansion (still schlepping along at nearly half-price). [The Real Deal]
