The verdict on One World Trade gets even less sunny with a report from Mother Jones on how the tower failed to become the greenest building in the world. In short, Hurricane Sandy destroyed its $10.6M clean-power fuel cells, "a third of which went unrepaired and unreplaced," partially due to a costly design flaw, and "pressure to honor a billion-dollar deal with Condé Nast."
