Papa John's CEO John "Papa" Schnatter—no stranger to extravagant real estate—just put two Deer Valley, Utah ski condos on the market for a combined $30.5M, asking $12.5M for one and $17.9M for its next door neighbor. Only the larger and pricier of the two—which just so happens to have the highest asking price of any condominium in Utah, ever—has been fully furnished, but boy did the pizza mogul go all out on it. Swathed in what The Real Estalker refers to as "pretentiously opulent" decor, the 6,800-square-foot, five-bedroom spread offers aggressive stone fireplaces, hand-carved wood furnishings, and some of the most extravagant window treatments this side of the Rocky Mountains.
