Papa John's CEO John "Papa" Schnatter is selling a heck of a lot more than pizza these days with the listing of two Deer Valley, Utah ski condos. Asking $12.5 M for one and $17.9 M for its furnished next door neighbor, the pricier pad breaks Utah's record for the highest asking price of any condominium in the state, ever. Together, the condos top 12,000 square feet, have 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, and make up the entire 11th floor of the St. Regis Deer Valley. The record breaking digs come with quite a lot of decorating (can we say overdone?), enough curtain fabric to clothe Montana, and even a bear rug that looks suspiciously real (okay, we've about had it with all the bears). And while we could do without an eagle flying into that sweet looking bathtub, we do love that the hot tub has its own TV and fireplace. You also can't beat the ski-in/ski-out location or amenities at the lux St. Regis, which is at least worth a few million alone.
