Failed negotiations have left the 420-foot observation tower that Bjarke Ingels Group designed for downtown Phoenix without a site, but BIG fans needn't worry just yet. Though the giant pin won't be coming to the interior courtyard of the Arizona Science Center, it's now being considered for an "undisclosed downtown site" with a completion date of 2016. [Arch Daily]
