The Skinny: Last week, we headed to West Dennis for our weekly asking price guessing game. So just how much does waterfront with a deep water dock on the Fingers go for? Even with a three-way tie, voters all picked winners this week. Say what? That's right, the 3BR first hit the market in August 2012 for $1,095,000 and has since been listed for $1,075,000 and $1,050,000 as well.
