Rare Slopeside Squaw Valley Listing Costs $5.4 Million

New, 1 comment

Squaw Valley doesn't have many slopeside homes (only 7 according to this listing), so ski-in/ski-out homes don't come on the market too often. Although smaller than most at only 3,450 square feet, this 4 bedroom, 4 bath pad is asking $5,450,000 and has been completely renovated. That's a good thing, because it's unlikely that when it was built in 1982 it had custom coffee machines, updated lighting, and radiant heated Italian stone floors. There are fireplaces galore, a game room, and a ski locker room that may not look quite like these, but is still pretty sweet. The home's best quality remains its location, with stunning views and ski runs everywhere. Our only gripe? That deck is looking a little worn and the hot tub jumped out of a Price is Right episode from 1997. Take a tip from this fancy hot tub set up and build something in ground, please.
