If London-based architecture firm Orproject has its way, transparent "bubbles" might someday enclose parks, urban botanical gardens, and playgrounds in an effort to protect against bad air quality in cities. Created using algorithms that imitate the veins in leaves and butterfly wings, the massive dome-like structures can generate electricity with solar cells and provide a controlled internal temperature.
