A Hawaiian investment group has purchased 44,331 square feet of commercial space at the Marriott Summit Watch on Main Street Park City. The deal went down for $10 million and also included a proportional share of the parking garage. The commercial space is already almost entirely leased, including tenants like Prime Steak House and Collie's sports bar. [Park Record]
