At least one ridiculous Aspen lawsuit has come to close, with a judge ruling Wednesday that a local restaurant was not responsible for a woman's medical bills after she became falling-down drunk. The popular high-end restaurant, Casa Tua, was under fire for $3,770 in bills from the woman's treatments at Aspen Valley Hospital. At least that's over, so now get back to skiing everyone.
