After a year on the market with no bites, Billionaire fertilizer tycoon Alexander Rovt has upped the ante on his 11,400-square-foot NYC Townhouse by throwing a Phantom Rolls Royce into the deal. The catch? The newly relisted $25M spread also got a $3M price jump from its previous ask. "We decided to go very out of the box with this one," explains one of the brokers. "To diversify our marketing strategy and take advantage of the private garage that comes with the house, we will be throwing in a Rolls Royce Phantom into the purchase price at our own expense." Rovt bought the property in 2005 for a (relatively) measly $4.6M, and then promptly rebuilt it to include such luxurious amenities as a subterranean spa floor with a swimming pool, a hot tub, a sauna and steam room and, a movie theater, and what looks like every gilt chandelier and sconce in all the city.
