The city of Dallas has selected a plan by Stoss and SHoP Architects to help its downtown reach "full potential" by introducing "dynamic, mixed-used" neighborhoods and connecting it with the Trinity River. "There's much left to be resolved in the details," stated the jury, but the winning design is a "powerful diagram that should become a strategy for managing change as the community moves forward."
