Actress/lifestyle mahatma Gwyneth Paltrow and her husband, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, just dropped some $14M on a Malibu manor designed by architecture nonpareil John Lautner. Curbed LA calls the four-bedroom spread a "lesser Lautner," but that's more because the architect's work includes some of Southern California's most staggering manses—hullo, you mushroomy Bob Hope estate, you—so comparably, perhaps, Paltrow's latest pickup (the two also have a 33-room mansion in London and a former Veranda cover star in L.A.) may seem a little humdrum. But, no worries, if the previous decor romps of GOOP, Paltrow's cult-esque lifestyle publication, are any indication, the place will be jazzed up with some questionable, unflinching zigzags in no time. All jokes aside, though, the interiors and pool deck are incredibly beautiful, so do have a look.
