The Real Estalker reports that Hard Rock Cafe founder Peter Morton sold Elvis Presley's former Beverly Hills home to a "mysterious corporate entity" for $14.5M. It's been a roller coaster of a year for the Rex Lottery-designed estate, which Morton purchased for $9.8M early in 2013, attempted to tear down, and offered up for rent at $45K a month.
