According to a tipster, the rather lovely Tobey Island listing we wrote about back in November has found a buyer. The waterfront spread on the invitation-only private island and its gorgeous views were asking $3,500,000.
The 5,104 square footer on 1.1 acres was built in 1903 "as a wedding present for a cherished child."
