198-Square-Foot Provincetown Pied-a-Terre Cuts Ask to $220K

Once again, we're back in Provincetown to check out some diminutive digs that might cause a shudder amongst claustrophobics, micro-living haters and/or McMansion lovers.

This 198-square-foot studio condo is part of a five unit complex located in the "heart of the West End" at the corner of Commercial and Pleasant streets. The second floor pied-a-terre features one parking space, common laundry and an exclusive use deck that looks to be about the same size as the living space. Weekly rentals are allowed and owners are permitted to have one pet so Great Dane owners, rejoice! As for the tea set in the last listing photo, we have no idea whether it's included in the sale or not, but here's hoping. The property debuted on the market back in August 2013 looking for $222,900, but a November priceupper brought the ask to $225,900. This week, the pricechopper arrived and cut the ask down to $219,900.
