A fire destroyed a lodge at North Carolina's Wolf Ridge Ski Resort early Wednesday morning and the cause has yet to be determined. The open-floor, timber-framed lodge had a restaurant and ski rental area in the building. No injuries were reported and the resort has already closed for the season. [WXII12]
