Curbed NY just got its first peak at the interior renderings for the West Chelsea condo building designed by British starchitect Norman Foster. Prices for units in this "new gold standard, of what it means to purchase an apartment in Manhattan" will reportedly start at $5.75M and reach up to $17.5M, with the ridiculous-sounding penthouses costing upwards of $35M.
