How to Arrange Objects, Courtesy of One Lisbon Apartment

A study in straddling the line between utterly spare minimalism and whimsical eclecticism, this ridiculously lovely apartment in Lisbon, Portugal makes the art of home decor look maddeningly effortless. Designed by the Portuguese firm Ark. Studio, the 861-square-foot private abode was ultimately created by combining both key pieces belonging to the client, as well as new decor bought in the name of building a space with "minimal, contemporary character and personal, customized imprint." Set against a neutral background of white walls and parquet flooring, unfussy furniture pairs with personal photography collections, vintage finds like fans and candlesticks, and one unexpected baby blue kitchen table. Find a few more photos of the luscious place below, then take in the full gallery over at Architizer.
