Renovations

Work continues on a $59M project to repair the cast-iron dome of the U.S. Capitol building, which the Washington Post calls "as fractured as the federal government." Designed to address "hundreds of cracks and deficiencies," the first significant exterior renovation of the dome since 1960 is expected to be a "multi-year project."
