According to the Wall Street Journal, a number of condo developers are creating custom fragrances to pump into their buildings. NYC-based company 12.29, for example, just custom-created aromas for Zaha Hadid's new One Thousand Museum condo—including "beach breeze" for the lobby and "creamy coconut" for the rooftop. Says the company co-founder, "I equate it to if you're creating a logo for the space." [WSJ]
