The upcoming boutique hotel incarnation of Miami's famed Versace Mansion will have ten suites, one of which will be the late fashion designer's bedroom. The Nakash family, of Jordache jeans fame, bought Casa Casuarina at auction last September for $41.5M, and suggested they might turn the hotel into a Victoria's Secret or a Versace museum.
