Bruce Willis's Sun Valley Getaway Now 50% Off 2011 List Price

New, 2 comments

Actor Bruce Willis chopped another million dollars off the listing price of his 6-bedroom, 6.5-bath home in Sun Valley, making the 20 acre property one hell of steal at $8.8 million. The Die Hard star fell in love with Idaho while vacationing in the 1990s, so much so that he bought a Sun Valley bar and the Soldier Mountain Ski Area. Alas, Willis sold the bar a few years back, donated the ski area, and his Sun Valley retreat is now priced to sell. The original 2011 list price of $15 million was a bit steep, but at almost half off a potential buyer is now getting a whole lot: the house rings in at 8400 square feet, with a 2,200 square foot master suite and bath, a guest house, gym, huge closets, subtle mountain styling with log beams and stone accents, and a chef's kitchen. The outside is even more impressive. A huge pool comes complete with waterfalls, rock features, an adjacent pond, and peaceful aspen forests. Now who's buying?
