Word on the street is that retired hockey super star Wayne Gretzky just listed his Thousand Oaks, Calif. mansion for $10.5M. Because Gretzky happens to be something of a real estate kingpin, this 8,711-square-foot, five-bedroom estate is not the first he's sold in the neighborhood. Back in 2007, in fact, he unloaded a neighboring estate to fellow sportsman Lenny Dykstra for $18.5M. Now, while this listing might be a bit cheaper, it looks to be even posher than its predecessor, thanks to what the Real Estalker calls, "radical and deliriously successful [home] improvement," and what the equally enamored brokerbabble refers to as "interiors composed with architectural integrity and refinement, passion and emotion."
