The Priciest Listing In Marstons Mills Is Back, Still Wants $8.6M

New, 1 comment

Back in the cold, dark days of February, a snow-covered $8.9 million "seaside masterpiece" became the most expensive listing in Cotuit. Now neighboring Marstons Mills is joining the pricey party with a blockbuster listing of its own.

The seven bedroom with seven full and three half baths is a whopping 10,188 square-feet, aka an official mansion. Designed in 1999 by Doreve Nicholaeff, who seems to be the Cape's version of Richard Landry, the contemporary on North Bay features "multiple entertaining spaces, two master suites and a separate guest wing." Outside, the 3.44 waterfront acre spread includes a heated gunite pool, separate spa, deck, and "a private deepwater dock, which provides easy access to Nantucket Sound." The property hit the market in 2013 asking $8.6 million, but nothing came of the March to December romance. 'Tis the season to try one more time and now 285 Baxter's Neck Road has returned still looking for $8,595,000.
