Larry Gagosian, high-profile art dealer and owner of some record-setting real estate in New York and starchitecture in L.A. has bought a dwelling at Miami Beach's Faena Residences, the development designed by starchitect Norman Foster with residences priced up to $50M. While not totally shocking given all the precedence for art dealers buying top-notch houses, it's nonetheless an intriguing development for the much-fussed-over tower, also soon to be home to Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd Bankfein.
