Curbed NY has the first crop of interior shots for units at the Annabelle Selldorf-designed 10 Bond Street, four of which are currently on the market asking from $5.1M to $7.75M. After proposing a plan for the building back in 2012, Selldorf was sent back to the drawing board by Landmarks Preservation Committee, after which she successfully wooed the LPC with 10 Bond's current terra cotta and steel look.
