Joe Cocker's 240-Acre, Euro-Style Colorado Ranch Asks $7M

From Curbed Ski comes word that British musician Joe Cocker, the raspy-voiced rocker known for his bluesy renditions of Beatles songs and his own "You Are so Beautiful"—listed his 10-bedroom, Euro-style Colorado ranch estate, and the 240 acres it sits on, for $7M. What's inside the 15,873-square-foot, circa-1992 mansion? Just the obvious: a sun room, a library, a music room, and a billiards room, which houses Cocker's English antique snooker table, where he hosts a yearly tournament. Mad Dog Ranch, named after Cocker's "Mad Dogs and Englishmen" tour in the '70s, also comes with some "pristine wildlife habitat," a seven-stall "horse set-up," five acres of fenced-in gardens and two greenhouses—Cocker, apparently "loves growing tomatoes," or so his wife told the Wall Street Journal.

The interiors are startlingly traditional, and if that's your thing, the listing notes that the place comes full furnished for an extra $750K. More photos and intel, over at Curbed Ski.
