Big news: Ellen Degeneres is teaming up with HGTV to create a furniture design competition show. It makes total sense considering the comedian is a well-known design addict, buying, decorating, and selling designer real estate at an otherworldly pace. ("I can only change the furniture so much and I get bored," Degeneres once told Elle Decor.) The show, to be produced "Project Runway-style," as Racked writes, will air sometime next year.
