The Times finds that warnings of future storms and rising sea levels have done little to deter buyers from the areas of the Jersey Shore hit worst by Hurricane Sandy. In place of the "small working-class bungalows that once defined communities like Ortley Beach," the rebuilt Shore is being filled with "spacious dream homes intended to entice wealthy vacationers."
