The snow is melting and construction season is about to begin, but the massive development at Jay Peak's Stateside Lodge has been delayed at least six months. The Vermont resort claims that they want to amp up marketing efforts and still need a few building permits for the $25 million project. Not sure how the project will stick to its timeline now that officials have pushed back the construction of 85 suites and cottages. [WCAX]
