Well that was fast. A townhouse in Detroit's Mies van der Rohe-designed Lafayette Park complex that listed last week for $149,900 sold in just a single day. That's with the addition of the Bauhaus-associated co-op building's monthly "association fee" of $837, which Curbed Detroit readers seem none too pleased with, especially considering the units went for less than $100K back in 2012.
