Talk show host/actress Kelly Ripa just sold her penthouse in NYC's Soho, and Curbed NY has photos of the house's 12-foot ceilings, full outdoor kitchen, and "secluded grotto." The final sale price is unknown, though Ripa and her husband Mark Consuelos listed in last January for $24.5M, quite a step up from the $9.5M the couple paid in 2005, though they did give it a gut-renovation.
