He eventually bought it in April 2012 for $8.455M—rumors are it took Justin Bieber poking about as an interested buyer to convince Kutcher to commit. Now that he's engaged to Mila Kunis and expecting his first child, Kutcher is quietly (that is, without an official listing) shopping the 9,385-square-foot glass pad for $12M. Designed by Los Angeles-based firm Mills Studio, the 9,385-square-foot house has five bedrooms, a gym, a sauna, and a wine cellar.
