Bids Start at $10M for the Bahamas' 'Last Unspoiled Bastion'

New, 2 comments

Referred to by the brokerbabble as "one of the last unspoiled bastions in the magical Exuma chain of islands" in the Bahamas, Innocence Island offers a 681-acre private getaway lined in native fruit trees, tropical foliage, and pristine beaches—all of which is "virtually untouched by man." Previously on the market for $55M, and now up for auction with a starting bid of $10M, the island comes with a 5,000-square-foot, six-bedroom main house and docks lined in cabana-style dwellings. There's also a separate hillside bungalow that houses both a gym and a yoga and meditation deck overlooking the bay. "Some corners of the world are simply more beautiful than the rest," sums up the brokerbabble. "Innocence Island is one such locale." Take a look:
