The New York Post writes hedge fund bigwig Steven Cohen is "freaking out" that his ridiculous Manhattan apartment, on the market for $98M, is not selling. He's apparently "furious" at brokers for not unloading his duplex, despite the fact that its price was axed from its original $115M. According to a source, "some feel the place might have some bad karma." Alternatively, and this is wild speculation, buyers don't think it's worth 100-freaking-million dollars. [New York Post]
