One of Detroit's many offbeat examples of adaptive house reuse is now accepting applications for its writers residency. Write a House, a project co-created by Curbed Detroit founder and outgoing Curbed editorial director Sarah Cox, fixes up homes in diverse neighborhoods and then hands them over to awarded literary folk.
