Designed by prolific Brutalist architect Tasso Katselas, this monument to monumentalism in Pittsburgh, spotlighted recently by Curbed National, consists mainly of poured concrete, exposed bricks, and gloomy interiors, "possessing all the grace and charm of Lenin's Tomb." One commenter has the right way of it: "It may not be the brightest and cheeriest, but it looks like it would withstand a rocket grenade or two." [Curbed National]
