Now, just 10 months later (warp speed for Blockbuster listings on the Cape), a tipster writes in to let us know that the 2.76-acre spread is under agreement and closing just in time for a new owner to enjoy the long weekend. That's right, a deep-pocketed buyer has plunked down an impressive $13,000,000 for the compound overlooking Nantucket Sound, no doubt putting this in the 2014 top twenty sales for the Cape and Islands.
