Octagonal living room, covered decks, maple paneling, radiant heat, solar panels...Main house is not in Flood Plain. Beach house is in Flood Plain. While potentially aquatic digs could be the perfect excuse for not housing unexpected, unwelcome, and/or unruly guests, we doubt being in the flood plain is much of a deterrent. Either way, 150 Hummock Lane hit the market yesterday for $4,250,000, but quickly corrected itself by a few million and is now listed for a rather hefty $7,250,000.
