Japanese architect Edward Suzuki just drafted yet another petition against the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Stadium proposed by Zaha Hadid, calling the 80,000 seat complex "overwhelmingly large for the context." Previously, a whole storm of local architects campaigned to decrease the stadium size to 50,000 seats, and even persuaded the Japanese government to rescind their approval of the design.
