The official countdown to the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen is on and with it comes the season four Best New Chef lineup for the brand's restaurant at The St. Regis Aspen Resort. The new menu debuts during the Classic on June 20 with a special dinner of signature dishes by the four guest chefs, all Best New Chefs 2013: Chris Shepherd of Underbelly in Houston; Matthew Gaudet of West Bridge in Cambridge, MA; Andy Ticer and Michael Hudman of Andrew Michael Italian Kitchen in Memphis, TN; and Jason Vincent, formerly of Nightwood in Chicago.
