TMZ is still insisting that rapper-turned-headphones-tycoon Dr. Dre is about to close on Tom Brady and Giselle Bündchen's 14,000-square-foot mansion—and now it's reporting that the $40M sale price doesn't include furniture. The "French chateau via the Pacific Coast Highway," as Architectural Digest dubbed it, was designed for the couple by noted manor architect Richard Landry and finished in 2013. In March, the Brady-Bündchens hoisted the moated McCastle on the market for $50M—furniture included. Oh well, there's still their other custom estate to furnish. [TMZ; previously]
