Take in the Views From Zaha's Swooping New Dubai Tower

New, 1 comment

Dubai currently offers a meager handful of decent hotels, but this Zaha Hadid-designed Opus Office Tower is about to take the game to an alien-esque, futuristic new level. Barreling full speed ahead in construction, the mixed-use building recently released plans to devote the upper levels to luxury hotel rooms and apartment units, all of which are heavy on such Zaha signatures as swooping, amorphic walls, all-white decor, and dramatic new takes on the standard shape of a bed.

Both the apartment units and the hotel suites—which appear to share the exact same aesthetic —will come with a built-in interactive media centers, a surround sound "integrated digital music environment," and floor-to-ceiling glassy views. All units will also have access to an upper rooftop level with pools and lounge space. Check out the floor plans, this way.
